ADOPTION OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meetings of July 14 and July 21, 2005 , to be adopted.

2. New Animal Control By-Law and Amendments to the License By-Law and Noise Control By-Law (Video Clip of this Item)
On July 14, 2005 , the Standing Committee on Planning and Environment heard speakers on this matter and, due to time constraints, agreed to continue hearing from speakers at a Standing Committee meeting in September.
Accordingly, the attached Administrative Report dated June 13, 2005 , refers.
