1.    Sajida Khan dba S & R Grocery Store

102 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC

 

On Thursday, September 22, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2005 City of Vancouver business license granted to Sajida Khan doing business as S & R Grocery Store (the "Licensee"), for business premises located at 102 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises") should be suspended or revoked.

Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Licensee will be represented by Talman W. Rodocker, Gibbons Fowler Nathanson.
