On Wednesday, September 14, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2005 should be granted to Thuong Thi Nguyen dba Maxim Convenience Store (the "License Applicant") for business premises located at 371 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Thuong Thi Nguyen will represent himself, with the aid of a Vietnamese interpreter.
