1.   2006 - 2008 Capital Plan Draft Allocation

Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on June 28, 2005 , received a Report Reference on staff recommendations regarding the 2006 - 2008 Capital Plan and referred this matter to a Special Meeting of City Council on September 13, 2005 , in order to hear from members of the public.

Accordingly, the following materials (attached) refer:

a)   Extract from the Regular Council Minutes - June 28, 2005 ; and

b)   Administrative Report dated June 20, 2005.
