On Tuesday, September 13, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to hear an appeal from the suspension by the Chief License Inspector of the 2005 business license (the "License") issued to Kevin Winpenny dba Pizza City (The "Licensee"), for business premises located at 160 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver . The License Applicant will represent himself.
