On Thursday, June 23, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2005 will be granted to Zainab Bibi Khan (the "License Applicant"), for a convenience store located at 120 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").
Catherine Kinahan , Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver . The License Applicant will be represented by Jaspreet S. Malik , South Fraser Law Group.
