On Tuesday, June 14, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2005 City of Vancouver business license granted to Lalbaz Nasseri doing business as Pamir Grocery (the "Licensee"), for business premises at 162 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, should be suspended or revoked.
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Licensee will represent himself.
