Proposal:

· rezone to CD-1 to secure a long-term redevelopment plan
· reconstruct parts of the Senior School, add an Early Childhood Education Centre, a new Dining Hall and Athletics Facility and underground parking
· floor area would increase from 15,484m2 existing to 23,113m2 proposed, although allowable FSR would remain unchanged at 0.60 (RS-1 maximum)
· an A-listed heritage building would be secured

· institutional rezonings are allowed in areas undergoing visioning (ARKS)

Issues:

· A-listed heritage building (a "Statement of Significance" has been included with submission on heritage planner's advice)

CAC Implications:

· heritage retained, possible public benefits for community (shared recreational use of facilities)
