On Tuesday, March 15, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2005 will be granted to Quang Dung Diep (the "License Applicant"), doing business as Opal Grocery, for business premises located at 371 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").

Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant will be represented by Derek Campbell, Barrister and Solicitor, and will be aided by a certified Vietnamese interpreter.
