THAT the form of development for the CD-1 zoned site known as 33 West Pender Street be approved generally as illustrated in Development Application No. DE408633 prepared by Acton Ostry Architects Inc., and stamped "Received, City of Vancouver Planning Department, December 24, 2004", provided that the Director of Planning may approve design changes which would not adversely affect either the development character and livability of this site or adjacent properties.
