THAT WHEREAS:
1. The City of Vancouver is the owner of all the streets and lanes lying within the limits of the City of Vancouver;
2. There is a proposal to redevelop privately-owned Lot 4, Block 330, District Lot 526, Plan 8781;
3. The building currently under construction on said Lot 4 encroaches onto a portion of the lane east of Fir Street, south from West 8th Avenue adjacent to said Lot 4;
4. The said portion of lane encroached upon is a portion of PID: 015-205-720 That Part of Lot 4 in Explanatory Plan 14380, Block 330, District Lot 526, Plan 590;
5. The said Part of Lot 4 in Explanatory Plan 14380 was established as lane by deposit of DF 20673 on February 18, 1931;
6. The owner of said Lot 4, Plan 8781 has made application to purchase the said portion of lane encroached upon;
7. The said portion of lane encroached upon is no longer required for municipal purposes;
8. The subdivision plan to consolidate the said portion of lane encroached upon with said Lot 4, Plan 8781 will dedicate as lane the balance of That Part of Lot 4 in Explanatory Plan 14380, Block 330, District Lot 541, Plan 590 still required for municipal purposes;
9. The said subdivision plan will also dedicate as lane other portions of the City-owned lane east of Fir Street, south from West 8th Avenue and the lane south of West 8th Avenue and east of Fir Street which were established as lane by deposit of said DF 20673 on February 18, 1931 and DF 20934 on May 12, 1931, more particularly described as:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all that portion of That Part of Lot 4 in Explanatory Plan 14380, Block 330, District Lot 526, Plan 590 be closed, stopped-up and conveyed to the owner of Lot 4, Block 330, District Lot 526, Plan 8781; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all That Part of Lot 4 in Explanatory Plan 14380, Block 330, District Lot 526. Plan 590 be subdivided with said Lot 4, Block 330, District Lot 526, Plan 8781 dedicating as lane the portion of said That Part of Lot 4 in Explanatory Plan 14380 still required for lane and that all those portions of City-owned lane south of West 8th Avenue and east of Fir Street more particularly described as:
