A Business License Hearing will be held to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2005 will be granted to Van Ca Do (the "License Applicant") doing business as Good Friend Convenience Store also known as Dilal Market for business premises located at 1400 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").

Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Van Ca Do will represent Good Friend Convenience Store, with the aid of a Vietnamese interpreter.
