Background Information for Public Hearing February 1^st, 2005: South East False Creek Official Development Plan By-law

Attached for your information is background documentation that will assist you with the pending Official Development Plan (ODP) By-law for Southeast False Creek (SEFC). As you know, this ODP By-law will be before Council at Public Hearing on February 1^st.

As requested by several Councillors, we have compiled the minutes and resolutions of the various Advisory Committees that reviewed the revised Official Development Plan (October 2004). These are attached, including:

1. Vancouver Heritage Commission (October 4th, 2004)
2. Urban Design Panel (October 13th, 2004)
3. Advisory Committee on Disability Issues & Special Advisory Committee on Seniors - Joint Meeting (October 14th, 2004)
4. Bicycle Advisory Committee (November 17, 2004)
