On February 1, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber:
- to determine whether or not a 2005 City of Vancouver business license will be granted to Gollam Abdollahijan, Keyvan Abdollahijan and/or Akbar Derazollah Moradi (the “License Applicants”), doing business as John’s Food Place or Joan Foods Place, for business premises located at 415 Abbott Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”); and
- to determine whether or not a 2005 City of Vancouver business license will be granted to Keyvan Abdollahijan and/or Akbar Derazollah Moradi (the “License Applicants”), doing business as Akbar Donair or Nasim Donair, for business premises located at 419 Abbott Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”); and
- to determine whether or not a 2005 City of Vancouver business license will be granted to Akbar Derazollah Moradi (the “License Applicant”), doing business as Akbar Donair or Nasim Donair, for business premises located at 421 Abbott Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”).
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicants will be represented by Mr. Stafford Alliston. An interpreter will be present.
Decisions arising from this Hearing are available on the City’s website the day after the meeting. Minutes are generally available on the website within one week following the meeting.
