On January 25, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to hear an apeal from the suspension by the Chief License Inspector of the 2004 business license issued to Rack Billiards Ltd., for business premises located at 2155 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Iain K. Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Licensee will represent herself.
Decisions arising from this Hearing are available on the City's website the day after the meeting. Minutes are generally available on the website within one week following the meeting.
NOTE TO PANEL MEMBERS: Due to the large number of Hearings which do not proceed on their scheduled dates, there are two Licensed Premises scheduled for this date. Evidence packages for both Licensed Premises are being provided separately. Unless otherwise advised, please bring both Evidence Packages to the Hearing, as both may proceed.
