SUBJECT:	Request by Councillor Green to Travel and attend the World Urban Forum Themes Meeting

CONSIDERATION

That Council give consideration to authorize Councillor Green to attend the World Urban Forum Themes Meetings to be held in Ottawa on January 27^th & 28^th, 2005; funding estimated at $3,025.00 and to be fully reimbursed by CMHC.

CITY MANAGER'S COMMENTS

The City Manager submits this report for Council's consideration.

The City's Expenses By-law requires Council approval for travel by Councillors outside of B.C.

As a member of the World Urban Forum National Advisory Committee, this report requests approval for Councillor Jim Green to attend the World Urban Forum Themes Meeting to be held in Ottawa on January 27th & 28^th, 2005

The estimated costs to be funded from the 2005 Travel Budget and to be fully reimbursed by CMHC are as follows:
