On January 13, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a 2005 City of Vancouver business license will be granted to Tuan Viet Pham, doing business as King’s Cafe (the “License Applicant”), for business premises located at 350 Powell Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”).
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant will represent himself.
Minutes from the hearing. These minutes will be approved at the Regular Council meeting on February 1, 2005.
