On December 14, 2004, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2004 City of Vancouver business license granted to Hiu Ting (Judy) Cheng doing business as Jimmy's Discount Store (the "Licensee"), for business premises located at 138 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises") should be suspended or revoked.
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver.
Decisions arising from this Hearing are available on the City's website the day after the meeting. Minutes are generally available on the website within one week following the meeting.
