On November 4, 2004, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2004 will be granted to Sheraz Sabri (the “License Applicant”), doing business as T.K. Market, for business premises located at 120 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant will represent himself.
Minutes from the meeting. These minutes will be adopted at the Regular Council Meeting of November 30, 2004.
