On June 10, 2004, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the City of Vancouver Business License for the year 2004 granted to Thomas McEvoy, dba Harmack Enterprises (the "Licensee"), for business premises located at 566 Powell Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "premises"), should be suspended or revoked.
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Licensee will represent himself.
