THAT the form of development for the CD-1 zoned site known as 325 West 59th Avenue be approved generally as illustrated in Development Application No. DE408258 prepared by Integra Architecture Inc., and stamped "Received, City of Vancouver Planning Department, March 11, 2004", provided that the Director of Planning may approve design changes which would not adversely affect either the development character and livability of this site or adjacent properties.
