2. 2004 Property Tax Options: Averaging Effects
Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on February 26, 2004, authorized the Director of Finance to place advertisements advising the public that Council is considering enacting an averaging by-law and inviting input at today's meeting.
The attached Administrative Report dated March 5, 2004, refers.
The relevant by-law will be dealt with at the Council meeting immediately following the City Services and Budgets meeting.
3. Performing Arts Lodge - Bayshore Gardens
Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on March 9, 2004, received a request to speak on this matter and agreed to refer consideration to the Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets meeting on March 25, 2004, to hear from the speaker.
The attached Administrative Report dated January 23, 2004, refers.
4. Review of Graffiti Program - Service Delivery and Environmental Impacts
The attached Administrative Report dated February 6, 2004, refers.
Copies of the report have been provided to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.
