On Tuesday, March 23, 2004, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver Business License for the year 2004 should be granted to Gulshan Khaki, doing business as Rocky Novelties, also doing business as Planet Rock (the "License Applicant"), for business premises located at 1051 Granville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant, with the aid of an interpreter, will represent herself.
