ADOPTION OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of February 12, 2004, to be adopted.
1. Reports Deferred to the 2004 Operating Budget
The following recommendation, contained in the Administrative Report dated February 20, 2004, entitled "2004 Operating Budget: Interim Estimates" will be before City Council on March 9, 2004:
F. THAT Council defer the decision on the programs that were referred to the 2004 Operating Budget (itemized in Appendix 2(c) on page 32) to CS&B on March 11, 2004. Should Council approve these programs, funding would be provided from Contingency Reserve.
The Administrative Report dated February 20, 2004, entitled "Reports Deferred to the 2004 Operating Budget" refers.
2. Joint Police Fleet Review
The attached Administrative Report dated January 16, 2004, refers.
