On Thursday, March 11, 2004, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to hear an appeal from the suspension by the Chief License Inspector of the 2004 business license (the "License") issued to Ali Livai, doing business as the Corner Buy & Sell & Trade (the "Licensee"), for business premises located at 162 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant will represent himself.
Decisions arising from this Hearing are available on the City's website the day after the meeting. Minutes are generally available on the website within one week following the meeting.
