2. Licensing Policy for Beer or Wine Only Stores (File 2610)

At the Regular Council meeting on January 27, 2004, Councillor Ladner submitted the following Motion. Councillor Louie called Notice under Section 5.4(c) of the Procedure By-law. The Motion will be considered at the next Regular Council meeting which will be held Thursday, January 29 immediately following the Standing Committee on City services and Budget meeting

THAT staff provide a memo on the City's policy of beer or wine only stores, i.e. issues around the policy, what is involved in ending the policy.
