On Tuesday, January 27, 2004, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2004 will be granted to Nhan Hong Doan (the "License Applicant"), doing business as the Cafe Da Kao for business premises located at 960 Kingsway Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant will be represented by Michael S. Golden, Michael Golden Law Corp.
