On October 21, 2003, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2003 City of Vancouver business license granted to Yung Ja Kim doing business as New Wings Hotel (the "Licensee"), for business premises located at 143 Dunlevy Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises") should be suspended or revoked.
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant will be represented by John Rogers, Burns, Fitzpatrick, Rogers & Schwartz.
