· to amend the CD-1 pertaining to sub-area A to permit a 3 storey, non-market rental, congregate housing for seniors containing 62 units on the west portion of this site and a 3 ½ storey, non-profit, market rental, congregate housing for seniors containing 43 units on the south portion of the site.

CAC Implications:
· Current CAC policy requires a CAC for increased density for congregate housing; however, a housing agreement to secure some affordability and the non-profit status of the operator may permit an exemption from CAC requirement.
