ADOPTION OF MINUTES

The minutes of the meetings of July 24th/29th, July 31^st and the Special meeting of August 13, 2003 to be adopted.

1. Vancouver Participation in 2006 Habitat Plus 30 and World Urban Forum

The attached Administrative Report dated August 26, 2003, refers.

The report has been sent to the guest speaker, Dr. Peter Oberlander, Professor Emeritus, School of Planning, University of British Columbia.

2. CityPlan Community Visions Implementation- Sunset and Victoria-Fraserview/Killarney Action Plans

The attached Policy Report dated July 16, 2003, refers.

The report has been sent to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.

3. 3831 Main Street - C-2 Height Relaxation

At its meeting on September 9, 2003, Vancouver City Council referred this item to the September 11, 2003 meeting of Standing Committee on Planning and Environment in order to hear delegations.
