The attached Policy Report dated May 1, 2003, entitled "Use and Retail Requirement Relaxations At Grade on Hastings Street in the Downtown Eastside" refers.
Memorandum dated June 25, 2003, regarding a By-law number amendment refers.
Summary: The proposed text amendment would permit relaxation of the retail continuity requirement.
