On June 12, 2003, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to hear an appeal from the suspension by the Chief License Inspector of the 2003 business license issued to Adham Abdullah dba Adam's Pizza, a limited service food establishment, for business premises located at 151 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Catherine Kinahan, Solicitor, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant will be represented by Noah Quastel, Vertlieb Anderson Barristers and Solicitors.
Decisions arising from this Hearing are available on the City's website the day after the meeting. Minutes are generally available on the website within one week following the meeting.
