COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
1. Financing Growth
Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2003, received a staff presentation on a Policy Report dated April 30, 2003, entitled "Financing Growth - Paying for Facilities to Serve a Growing Population: The Role of City-Wide Charges on New Development".
Council referred the Recommendations and Consideration items contained in the Policy Report to a special meeting of Council in order for public delegations to be heard.
The Policy Report is attached and refers.
Letter dated June 10, 2003 from Susan Mundick, General Manager, Vancouver Parks and Recreation , is attached and refers.
