Miscellaneous Amendments

During staff preparation for Public Hearing, two errors were found in the draft by-laws which could not be immediately corrected because the by-laws had already been posted. These errors are non-substantive in nature, as follows:

1. in section 4.3(g) of the proposed new consolidated CD-1 By-law for 500 Pacific & 600 Pacific, the number "8 000 m²" should be replaced with "18 000 m²", to reflect the sum of the figures "8 000 m²" and "10 000 m²" in the existing by-laws; and

2. in figure 4 of the False Creek North Official Development Plan, the number "9,817,465" should be replaced with "9,717,464", to reflect the sum of residential floor in the ODP sub-areas.

Additional housekeeping amendments to make these corrections are recommended to City Council for approval, as follows:
