On April 22, 2003, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a 2003 business license issued to Hiu Ting (Judy) Cheng, doing business as Jimmy's Discount Store, for business premises located at 138 East Hastings Street, should be suspended or revoked.
Catherine Kinahan, Solicitor, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Licensee, Hiu Ting (Judy) Cheng, will be represented by David Plunkett, Lawyer.
