· Proposed form of development includes a 22-storey tower and 5 storey townhouse podium base along Quebec Street and Milross Avenue, and seven 2 to 3 storey townhouses facing Prior Street;
· Gross residential floor area of 20 719 m² (223,021 sq. ft.);
· 293 below grade parking spaces and 205 bicycle parking spaces.

· Site identified for residential use in the False Creek Policy Broadsheets and Central Area Plan: Goals and Land Use Policy.
· Proposal represents the final stage of the City Gate neighbourhood.
· Rezoning application independent from the existing City Gate CD-1 No. 264 (By-law No. 6744) and its public benefits strategy.
