On February 13, 2003, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a 2003 business license ought to be issued to Ahn & Sons Holdings Ltd. doing business as Empress Hotel, for business premises located at 235 East Hastings Street.
Catherine Kinahan, Solicitor, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant, Ahn & Sons Holdings Ltd. dba Empress Hotel, will be represented by David M. Guy of Guy & Company, Barristers and Solicitors.
