1. Independent Review of the Richmond/Airport/Vancouver Rapid Transit Project

At its meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2003, the Standing Committee on Transportation and Traffic heard a presentation by Mary Jo Porter, The Underhill Company, on Phase I of the proposed RAV Project, heard RAV Project Team speakers and several delegations from the public. Council agreed to continue hearing speakers at the Standing Committee on Transportation and Traffic meeting on February 13, 2003.

Memorandum dated February 5, 2003, entitled “RAV – Project Update” refers.

Report dated February 2003, entitled “Report to Vancouver City Council on the Richmond/Airport/Vancouver Rapid Transit Project – Independent Review: Phase I (revised), (limited distribution, on file in the City Clerk’s Office), refers.

2. Elimination of Free Parking for City Hall Employees

At its meeting on February 11, 2003, Vancouver City Council referred this matter to the Standing Committee on Transportation and Traffic meeting on February 13, 2003, in order to hear from members of the public who have requested to speak.

The attached Motion on Notice refers.
