1. Independent Review of the Richmond/Airport-Vancouver Rapid Transit Project

At its meeting on January 14, 2003, Vancouver City Council requested that the Independent Review Consultants report on the initial phase of the Richmond/Airport-Vancouver Rapid Transit Project with preliminary findings of the review and recommendations on further consulting work required to confirm the most cost-effective, affordable and appropriate rapid transit option (technology, corridor and alignment) for the RAV Project.

Accordingly, a verbal presentation will be made by The Underhill Company, Consultants.

2. Motion to Seek Peaceful Resolution to Iraq Situation

At its meeting on January 28, 2003, Vancouver City Council referred this item to the January 30, 2003 meeting of Standing Committee on Planning and Environment.

The attached Motion refers.
