On January 13, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2004 City of Vancouver business license granted to Tuan Viet Pham, doing business as King’s Cafe (the “Licensee”), for business premises located at 350 Powell Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”) should be suspended or revoked.
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant will represent himself.
Decisions arising from this Hearing are available on the City’s website the day after the meeting. Minutes are generally available on the website within one week following the meeting.
