COUNCIL POLICY

There is no Council Policy applicable to this matter.

Section 120 of the Vancouver Charter provides that within 30 days after the declaration of official results, the Chief Election Officer must submit a report of the election results to Council.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this report is to advise Council of the results of the 2002 General Local Elections held on Saturday, November 16, 2002.
