A Regular Meeting of the Council of the City of Vancouver was held on Monday, December 2, 2002, at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, Third Floor, City Hall.

PRAYER
The proceedings in the Council Chamber were opened with a prayer read by the City Clerk.
MAYOR'S ADDRESS
Mayor Campbell presented his Inaugural Address. In his address, the Mayor outlined a number of priority items which Council will consider in the coming year.

THAT Council will go into a meeting later this day which is closed to the public, pursuant to Section 165.2(1) of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraph(s):
(h) litigation or potential litigation affecting the City;
(i) the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
