Adoption of Minutes

The Minutes of the meetings of September 12, 2002 and September 19, 2002 to be adopted.

1. AirCare on Road Diesel Truck and Bus Testing Program

At its meeting on October 1, 2002, Vancouver City Council referred this item to a future Standing Committee meeting, in order to hear from members of the public wishing to speak on this matter.

2. C-2 Zoning Review - Part 1: Consultant's Recommendations

The attached Policy Report dated July 16, 2002, refers.

The report has been sent to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.

3. City Support for Festivals and Celebrations - Policy Review & Recommendations

At the Standing Committee Meeting on City Services and Budgets on October 3, 2002, it was determined that due to lack of quorum for the Standing Committee on Planning and Environment meeting on October 3, 2002 at 2:00 p.m., this item be postponed to the October 10th meeting of the Standing Committee on Planning and Environment.

Accordingly, the attached Administrative Report dated September 18, 2002 refers.

The report has been sent to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.
