2. Warning to Prospective Purchasers of 3016 West 19^th Avenue

The attached Administrative Report dated August 15, 2002, refers.

3. Demolition of Dangerous/Nuisance Building at 2921 Kingsway

The attached Administrative Report dated August 19, 2002, refers.

The report has been sent to the registered owner, who may wish to speak.

4. Noise By-law - Miscellaneous Amendment (Hours for Testing Emergency Generators)

The attached Administrative Report dated August 22, 2002, refers.

The report has been sent to the Building Owners and Managers Association for their information.

5. Pesticide Use Options for Private Properties in Vancouver

At its meeting on July 23, 2002, Vancouver City Council referred consideration of a report on this matter to a future Standing Committee meeting in order to hear from speakers.

The attached letter dated July 23, 2002, from Susan Mundick, General Manager of Parks and Recreation, also refers.
