A Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Vancouver was held on Wednesday, August 14, 2002, at 8:30 a.m., in the Mayor's Office, Third Floor, City Hall.

SECONDED by Councillor Kennedy

THAT Council go into a meeting which is closed to the public, pursuant to Section 165.2 (1) of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraph:

(e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the Council considers that disclosure might reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the city.

CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

The Council recessed at 8:35 a.m., and immediately reconvened "In Camera" in the Mayor's Office.
