On July 23, 2002, a Business License Hearing convened at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2002 City of Vancouver business licenses granted to Eldar Asadullaev, doing business as Jackson's Buy and Sell Pawnbroker, for business premises located at 175 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, should be suspended or revoked. 

Due to time constraints, the Hearing reconvened on July 31 and August 1, 2002.  Again, due to time constraints, the Hearing will reconvene on August 20, 2002, at 9:30 a.m. 

Catherine Kinahan, Solicitor, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Licensee will be represented by Joe Doyle, S.R.C. Law Corporation.
