WITHDRAWN ITEMS
Court #607, Item #4, Pavement & Curbs & Trees & Bulges
North Kent Avenue from Crompton Street to Victoria DriveThere are seven City owned assessable properties on this project and they are considered to be in favour. If these seven properties are not included in the vote, there remains 14 of which 8 are in opposition to this project. Therefore, we recommend this project be withdrawn.
Court #607, Item #37, Pedestrian Collector Sidewalk
East Side of St. Catherines Street from 22nd Avenue to 23rd AvenueThis project is being withdrawn at this time because one owner is in favour and one opposed. As this is a infill collector sidewalk in a residential area and we do not have a clear majority, we are recommending this project be withdrawn.
Court #608, Item #1, Lane Pavement, Local Residential Country Lane
Lane south of Yale Street from Slocan Street to Kaslo StreetThis project is being withdrawn because a majority of the adjacent owners were not prepared to support this project despite correspondence and a public meeting.
REDUCED IN SCOPE
Court #607, Item #39, Pedestrian Collector Sidewalk
West Side of St. Catherines Street from 23rd Avenue to 24th AvenueThis project is being reduced in scope because a sidewalk already exists between 23rd Avenue and the lane south of 23rd Avenue. Therefore, with the support of the one adjacent owner we are recommending that this project on St. Catherines Street, West Side, from the lane south of 23rd Avenue to 24th Avenue proceed.
Capital Funds
Funds for the City's share of the projects are available from existing Engineering Department Basic Capital Accounts.
