1. Downtown Transportation Plan

On May 28, 2002, Vancouver City Council received a Report Reference on this matter and then referred the attached Policy Report dated May 16, 2002, to a special evening meeting on June 10, 2002, to permit delegations to be heard.

On June 10, 2002,a Special Meeting of Council was held, at which time Council heard from 30 registered speakers. Council agreed to reconvene the Special Meeting on Thursday, June 27, 2002, following the Standing Committee on Planning & Environment meeting which starts at 2:00 p.m., in order to hear from the remaining registered speakers.

(i) Report dated March 22, 2002, from the Special Advisory Committee on Senior, refers.

(ii) Report dated May 22, 2002, from the Bicycle Advisory Committee, refers.
