The minutes of the meetings of March 7 and 14, 2002, to be adopted.

NOTE:

The April 11^th meeting is reserved to deal with budget issues. Please retain your package of material from the April 9^th Regular Council meeting related to the 2002 Operating Budget.

The attached motion entitled "Increasing Public Input and Involvement in City Budgets" was referred to today's meeting from the Regular Council Meeting of March 26, 2002.
