UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Rezoning: 1402-1420 Kingsway and 4050 Knight Street
At its Public Hearing on February 19, 2002, Council concluded hearing from the public, and referred its decision on the rezoning application for 1402-1420 Kingsway and 4050 Knight Street to a future meeting of Council. This item has now been scheduled for today's meeting.
Staff were requested to provide further information on a restrictive covenant as an alternative to the recommended CD-1 rezoning.
Memorandum, dated March 11, 2002, from Trish French, Senior Planner, providing further information on a restrictive covenant as an alternative to the recommended CD-1 rezoning in response to Council's request at the end of the Public Hearing;
